Senior FP&A Analyst

MaintainX is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team.
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance team in building robust, scalable automated processes to support our rapid growth. You will work cross-functionally with our Accounting, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and other key stakeholders. As a fast-growing company, there will be opportunities to be a key collaborator in special projects, which will enable you to expand your skill set while helping MaintainX build new processes and identify opportunities for automation that will help us scale.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, improve and streamline the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning process.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly budget vs. actuals analysis and support forecasting cycles.
- Improve and maintain financial models and dashboards.
- Support investor reporting as needed.
- Develop new analyses to help with various business decisions.
- Identify business and finance risks, propose areas of improvement, and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide support across the Finance department and conduct ad hoc analyses.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years or more of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
- Expert knowledge in Excel & financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, support cross-functional projects, and adapt to significant change.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable acting as a liaison across teams and guiding stakeholders through process improvements.
- High-energy, positive, and flexible, with a willingness to take initiative and champion continuous improvement.
- SaaS experience is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau is a plus.
