RevOps Analyst

Join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst supporting stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams at MaintainX. You'll have previous experience at a SaaS startup driving strategic growth and you'll also be responsible for providing analytical support, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to strategic planning efforts to drive business scalability and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage GTM data to build reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage books of business assignments and customer account assignments for our GTM teams to ensure efficiency, scalability and book equity.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support business development strategies. Provide insights with regular reports for GTM leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the revenue development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead generation and follow-up.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of revenue development activities.
  • Provide training, support and vendor management of GTM tech stack.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working at a tech SaaS startup is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in a variety of sales tech platform tools, such as Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams to help define workflows, evaluate tools, and build ideal customer profiles.    
  • Experience working with Marketing teams to coordinate motions between marketing and sales for large-scale campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field or related business experience.
