Content Protection Specialist 는 마크비전 AI 솔루션 운영의 핵심 역할을 수행하며, 온라인에서 고객사의 지식재산권을 침해하거나 침해의 정황이 있는 요소들을 분석하여 대응하는 것이 주요 업무입니다. 이를 위해 고객사의 핵심 문제를 깊이 이해하고, 마크비전의 AI 솔루션을 기반으로 실질적인 해결책을 제공합니다. 전반적인 솔루션 운영을 통해 얻은 데이터 인사이트를 통해 제품개발팀과 긴밀하게 커뮤니케이션하며, 더 나은 고객 경험을 만들어내기위한 논의를 지속합니다.

 

What you’ll Achieve

• AI 솔루션을 활용한 불법 복제 콘텐츠의 탐지 및 제거 작업 업무를 수행합니다.
• 고객사의 요청에 대해 신속히 대응하고 해결방안을 제시합니다.
• 데이터 추출 및 분석을 통한 불법 콘텐츠 유통 현황/인사이트를 도출합니다.
• 고객사 제품의 키워드, 이미지 셋팅을 통한 AI 솔루션 퍼포먼스 최적화 작업을 수행합니다.

 

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• 디지털 콘텐츠(웹툰, 영화 및 드라마, 게임, 어플리케이션 등)에 대한 높은 관심과 이해를 가진 분
• 업무 처리가 꼼꼼하고 자료 정리에 능숙하신 분
• 지식재산권 보호에 대한 열정을 가진 분
• Full-Time 근무가 가능한 분 (졸업 예정자 및 기졸업자 포함)

 

Nice to Have

• 구글 스위트를 포함한 협업 도구 (슬랙, 아사나, 노션 등) 사용에 능숙한 분
• 비즈니스 수준의 영어 또는 제2외국어 구사 능력을 보유한 분
• PM, 서비스 기획 등 제품개발 팀과의 직,간접적 협업을 해보신 분
• SQL을 통한 데이터 분석이 가능하신 분
• 지식재산 관련 공공기관, 특허사무소, 법률사무소, 인하우스 법무팀, 변리사 시험 준비 등 유사업무 경험이 있으신 분
