Client Services Internship- Winter/Spring 2025
MATTE is a 360° full-service creative studio at the convergence of hype, storytelling and design. Our studio capabilities range from strategic ideation and insights, creative development, branding and identity, experiential, web design and development, campaigns and content creation, all the way through full-scale production and execution.
DESCRIPTION:
As a Client Services Intern at MATTE Projects, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing projects from start to finish. Under the mentorship of a Vertical Lead or Senior Director/Director, you will be exposed to the holistic nature of client services, contributing to a diverse range of experiential and content/campaign projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNINGS:
- Work closely with the Client Services team to support the execution of 1-2 projects, encompassing experiential and/or content & campaign work.
- Participate in project planning and management, gaining insight into the full project lifecycle.
- Assist in updating and managing Airtable, ensuring project data is current and accessible to the team.
- Contribute to the creation and management of project timelines and calendars, helping to keep the team organized and on track.
- Prepare call reports and assist with team administration tasks as needed.
- Conduct competitive insights, and trend analysis to inform project strategies and creative decisions.
- Engage in consumer insights and trend mining to support project development and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be enrolled in a University or Master’s program.
- Must be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week, and a maximum of 16 hours per week.
- Must be available between January 22nd and May 15th. Internships begin January 22nd, 2025.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
COMPENSATION:
This internship is unpaid. School credit can be provided.
