Freelance Marketing Manager (On-Site, Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Freelance Marketing Manager to support our team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously. This role will focus on driving growth, enhancing brand awareness, and optimizing marketing efforts to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Brand Strategy: Work closely with clients or internal teams to refine brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and website analytics to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand and campaign goals.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign progress, presenting findings, and making recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Work within budget constraints to maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and content marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Proficiency in marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex marketing strategies into clear and actionable plans.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Freelance/Contractor Experience: Experience working in a freelance or contract-based role is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Competitive monthly compensation of 7-9k/month gross based on experience
