Marketing Executive

London

We need a Marketing Executive to be responsible for working with the EMEA Marketing team to support them in building brand awareness for MiQ and our solutions, provide a steady flow of sales leads and deliver great client experiences across multiple marketing channels with tangible ROI. The Marketing Executive will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, sales and account management to deliver brilliant, results driven marketing programs and initiatives for the UK. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

Communication & Collaboration

  • Be a champion of the marketing team in the UK and help to keep stakeholders updated on the great work we are doing 
  • Provide input and ideas on marketing campaigns, initiatives and activities 
  • Coordinate content that supports sales and MiQ storytelling
  • Work closely with product marketing to help to coordinate and update sales and product collateral
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to support and coordinate stand-out campaign assets
  • Work closely with the UK and global marketing team to proof and edit copy 
  • Support researching, creating and managing schedules and trackers for awards, content, events, social media and internal comms, keeping the marketing team up to date with UK opportunities.
  • Join meetings and liaise with suppliers on behalf of the company

Project Management

  • Project manage specific initiatives on behalf of marketing 
  • Create and maintain status trackers and reports 
  • Flag and escalate actions to stakeholders 
  • Set up meetings on behalf of the marketing team 

Marketing Execution

Events:

  • Support both internal and external event preparation, execution and follow-up
  • Manage events assets including biographies, headshots, branded assets, liaising with external suppliers and partners where required
  • Manage our MiQ Unlocked event booking schedule
  • Manage and coordinate event presenters and stakeholders 
  • Event set up and session management 
  • Event attendee management and promotional communications

Email marketing: 

  • Write email copy and brief design to produce promotional and supporting assets
  • Build internal and external email communications in Hubspot (a marketing automation tool) and create distribution lists 


Social Media: 

  • Write and schedule social posts - from MiQ corporate accounts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • Support client facing teams to be more active on social media to drive reach and engagement for MiQ
  • Brief and oversee the design for social post creatives
  • Ideate and execute campaigns to meet business objectives for social media
  • Social media reporting  


Public Relations:

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to provide input, edits and approvals on bylines, features and thought leadership content
  • Support the team with content drafts
  • Promote PR (public relations) coverage through social media, internal communications
  • Conduct weekly media monitoring reports to identify areas of opportunity


Content:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to support content production 
  • Manage the content repository and keep it up to date
  • Keep stakeholders informed of status and content timelines
  • Help with all marketing content needs such as presentations, insights reports, pitch decks and sales materials, showcase and reporting presentations and communications and campaign materials 
  • Support the delivery of winning award entries on behalf of the UK business
  • Assist the UK Marketing team with identifying, collating and coordinating case studies 

Reporting & Operations:

  • Own the email performance and contact engagement reporting 
  • Work with sales and AM teams to support ROI reporting for all marketing activity
  • Build the monthly reporting decks that are presented to the company
  • Support reporting documents, data collation and implementation

 

What you will need:

  • Genuine passion for marketing and delivering impactful campaigns.

  • Creative problem-solver with a detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven approach.
  • Effective communicator with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, bringing energy and enthusiasm to tasks.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and within diverse, global teams.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn and contribute to shaping marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms including marketing automation software, CRMs, project management tools desirable, but not essential.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
