The Solutions division elevates our offering by putting our analytics and technology capabilities in the hands of our clients. This often takes the form of designing custom technical solutions for clients. As the department and business grow rapidly, there is scope to really make this role your own.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Analytics Strategy for Clients
- Drive your clients’ vision from an Analytics point of view with your Sales team.
- Critically assess and question briefs to clearly understand client business challenges.
- Provide a range of solutions to elevate client understanding of what we can offer.
- Have a clear understanding of the blockers and be ready to communicate & resolve them.
Analytics Project Management
- Manage agency/client Analytics projects with a high quality and timely delivery of outputs.
- Ensure project documentation is accessible and of a high standard.
- Set ambitious but realistic expectations. Create buffers, allow time to manage stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders across time zones when required and particularly our Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru to ensure accurate resourcing for Analytics projects.
Stakeholdership and Collaboration
- Act as the primary POC to internal/external stakeholders on project status, timelines, and requirements. Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders, departments, functions - internally and externally.
- Be approachable for colleagues to collaborate and brainstorm with.
- Share knowledge on solutions, market challenges, local products and technologies.
Entrepreneurial & Commercial thinking
- Critically assess the client’s business challenge and present solutions accordingly.
- Be cognizant of the way MiQ Solutions are seen in the industry, and proactively position us as a leader in the market.
- Assess gaps in the market and research technological advances in order to keep MiQ at the forefront in the market.
- Advocate for your clients to central/local product teams on customisation of new and existing products.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a technical media / data role
- Experience in Client/Advertiser interaction and presentation
- Experience with designing solutions and project managing them through to delivery.
- Ideal candidates will come from an agency tech dept., DMP or agency trading desk.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven track record in having worked with unstructured data to build products to solve commercial challenges.
- Proven track record in having worked in identifying, architecting and implementing appropriate solutions that address specific business needs.
- Fluent in data analysis techniques and the ability to manipulate data and tell stories with it. Must be fluent with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, G-suite).
- Fluent in presenting your analysis and story to stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to work with, and guide a supporting team of analysts, data scientists, engineers, and product managers towards achieving project goals. This is not a management position, but you will have a team at hand out of our Center of Excellence in Bengaluru to support you in your projects and it is expected that you will lead and guide the project.
- Openness and ability to dive into ancillary technology if and when needed, such as API explorations, Automation scripts, Data science and ML. The support team will own the technical heavylifting but you will lead this exercise.
- Attention to detail and the ability to proactively solve problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
- Curiosity and an interest in ongoing media, ad-tech developments and broader digital marketplace trends
