About the Revenue Operations Team
The Revenue Operations team at Mixpanel partners with Commercial Leadership to help set and execute global and regional revenue strategies. We build and execute core operational processes such as business planning and reporting, facilitate key decision-making, and support ongoing business operations management - whatever is needed to make our GTM teams successful!
About the Role
As the Sales Operations Lead at Mixpanel, you will be the driving force behind the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. You will optimize sales processes, manage critical sales tools, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and analysis. Your work will directly empower our sales team to achieve their goals and contribute to Mixpanel's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization & Documentation: Drive sales operations efficiency through process improvements, detailed documentation, and effective training materials.
- Sales Team Support & Enablement: Provide daily operational support, deliver accurate reports and strategic insights, and collaborate with enablement teams to ensure sales reps have necessary tools and training.
- Sales Tooling Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sales and GTM tools, ensuring seamless access and recommending new solutions for efficiency.
- Salesforce Data Governance & Quality: Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce through governance policies, regular audits, and corrective actions.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, analyze KPIs and trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Territory Planning and Optimization: Support the sales team by providing data and analysis to optimize sales territory.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
- 7+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and experience managing sales technology stacks
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse large datasets
- Experience in developing and maintaining sales performance dashboards and reports
- Understanding of data governance and experience maintaining high data quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
- Experience creating sales training documentation.
