With a mission to entertain, inspire, and create significant social impact, Beast Industries operates across various domains including digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. At Beast Industries, we believe in the transformative power of digital media and its potential to entertain, educate, and effect positive change. Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and philanthropy drives us to explore new frontiers, create unforgettable experiences, and build a legacy that inspires future generations.

About Us

Beast Industries is the global entertainment company behind MrBeast, the most watched creator on the planet. What began as a YouTube channel has grown into a vertically integrated media company spanning large scale digital productions, philanthropy, consumer products, and category defining business ventures. Every initiative is built for massive reach, cultural relevance, and measurable impact.

We operate at the intersection of creativity, technology, and disciplined execution. Our teams do not just produce content. We design and deliver moments that capture global attention in real time. From record breaking videos to mission driven initiatives, Beast Industries is redefining how modern entertainment is created, distributed, and scaled in a digital first world.

The Role

MrBeast is building the most influential creative studio in the world. In this role, you will help build a new production capability where AI is not a tool but the foundation of how content is created. You will contribute to defining what AI-native entertainment looks like, develop original formats, and build systems that enable content to be conceived, produced, and scaled with AI at the core. Your mandate is to help create entirely new forms of production that expand what is creatively and operationally possible.

What You'll Do

  • Build and operate an AI-native production pipeline that enables content to be created end-to-end using generative systems, real-time engines, and automation
  • Develop and launch original content formats designed specifically for AI-native production, not adaptations of traditional workflows
  • Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team spanning AI, creative, real-time, and production to deliver finished content at scale
  • Define new production models that leverage simulation, generation, and automation to increase creative output and speed
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI-native productions, from concept development through publishing and distribution
  • Establish scalable systems for content versioning, localization, and global distribution across platforms
  • Set standards and guardrails for responsible AI use that align with brand integrity and audience trust
  • Define and track performance metrics tied to output volume, cost efficiency, audience engagement, and format scalability
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that enable entirely new categories of content and production

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in production, post-production, or content creation, with demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-native or generative tools in a real production context
  • Deep fluency with generative AI tools across video, image, and audio — tools like Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, or equivalents — and the ability to evaluate and adopt new tools as the landscape evolves
  • Hands-on experience with real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, and familiarity with virtual production workflows including performance capture and gray stage methodologies
  • A track record of building or significantly improving production pipelines, not just working within existing ones
  • Experience delivering finished, published content at scale across digital or streaming platforms
  • Strong systems thinking — the ability to design workflows that balance creative quality, output volume, and cost efficiency at the same time
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, technical, and production functions without relying on traditional hierarchy to drive outcomes
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists — this role is defining a new category, not inheriting a playbook
  • A genuine point of view on responsible AI use in a creative context, with experience putting that into practice
  • Deep passion for content and storytelling — this is a creative role as much as it is a technical one

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
