Strategic Account Manager, Organ Health
We are seeking Strategic Account Managers to join our Organ Health sales team. In this role you will provide clinical insight and educational support and training on the technical applications of company products. This role will provide technical training in the hospital and academic system environments ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of our Renasight test.

Responsibilities:
- Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and large Nephrology organizations to offer Natera’s RENASIGHT Tests.
- Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels: with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors and Senior Management of larger organizations
- Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, coordinating regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors
- Effectively work with Natera Organ Health sales team in order to help maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships
- Implement strategy based on field input, market assessments and trends in order to develop a plan which is consistently implementing "Best Practices".
- Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
- This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job.
- Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
- Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory)
- Minimum of 3 years successful sales management/consulting experience preferably in diagnostic laboratory business.
- Proven track record of success in developing new markets, launching new products and increasing revenue quickly.
- Award winning management/consulting track record.
- Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health preferred.
- Effective time management skills required
- Excellent Coach, and is coachable

- Excellent initiative and self-motivation
- The ability to effectively maneuver through complex situations, internal and external.

In addition to the OTE listed below, this position will also receive restricted-stock units.
The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
