You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration to localize and scale Signatera’s offerings, manage the full product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with European regulatory frameworks such as IVDR.
This is a high-impact role that blends long-term roadmap planning with day-to-day execution. You’ll serve as the bridge between customer needs, business strategy, and technical capabilities—ensuring Signatera’s success in diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead the European product strategy and execution for the Signatera MRD product line, including commercialization and technology transfers of exome CDx and future genome designs.
-
Drive local IVDR submission strategy and coordinate implementations across countries.
-
Own the product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and performance evaluation.
-
Define and document product requirements specific to the European landscape, balancing clinical utility, operational feasibility, and regulatory expectations.
-
Work cross-functionally with teams in Europe and the U.S., including R&D, Engineering, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
-
Monitor and optimize product performance using data-driven KPIs and customer feedback loops.
-
Conduct market research, VOC interviews, and competitive analysis tailored to European markets to validate new opportunities and refine feature sets.
-
Develop business cases and financial models to support prioritization of investments.
-
Support regional go-to-market planning, including pricing strategy, positioning, and marketing collateral.
-
Regularly communicate roadmap progress, vision, and product performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s, PhD) in life sciences or related field preferred.
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 7 in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
-
Strong background in oncology, molecular diagnostics, CDx, or IVDR/CE-IVDD-regulated environments.
-
Hands-on experience with high-throughput molecular testing and tumor tissue sequencing is preferred.
-
Demonstrated success transferring diagnostic technologies from the U.S. to Europe or UK markets is highly desirable.
-
Familiarity with life sciences industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Skills & Competencies

Analytical thinking and basic financial modeling skills for business case development.
-
Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and influencing across functions.
Work Environment & Requirements
