SUMMARY: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Workday Orchestrate Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations and workflows using Workday Orchestrate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing HR processes by building seamless, automated workflows between Workday and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable workflows using Workday Orchestrate.
  • Build integrations between Workday and internal/external systems using REST APIs, connectors, and orchestration logic.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows and integrations.
  • Support testing and deployment of Workday business processes and orchestrations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, data flows, and system configurations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout all integrations.
  • Stay current on Workday updates and Orchestrate best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Workday with a emphasis on Orchestration, Workflows, and Implementations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Workday Experience

  • Familiarity with Workday Studio and Workday Integration Cloud.
  • Understanding of Workday business processes and data sources.
  • Workday certifications are a huge plus (e.g., Integration Core, Studio, or HCM certifications).

Technical Skills

  • Experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Knowledge of JSON, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with middleware or workflow automation tools helps (like MuleSoft, Boomi, or UiPath).

Orchestrate-Specific Skills

  • Familiarity with the Orchestrate visual workflow builder.
  • Ability to design event-driven, step-by-step automations.
  • Understanding of external system calls, data transformation, and error handling in workflows.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and logic building capabilities.
  • Ability to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with functional and technical teams.

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$100 - $110 USD
