Who You Are:

Nutrabolt’s Senior Treasury Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining banking operations and related accounting on a global scale. You will also support all treasury and cash management tasks.

What You're Good At:

  • Support cash management and treasury operations on a global scale
  • Maintain proper banking processes, procedures, information, and overall management of bank accounts
  • Present treasury reports, budgets, cash forecasts and documents to upper management and legal as requested
  • Documentation of policies and SOPs to support Treasury operations
  • Reconcile all bank accounts to general ledger accounts
  • Provide daily and weekly cash reporting to management as requested
  • Cash forecasting, working with the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams daily
  • Complete intercompany funding as needed to ensure appropriate bank balances
  • Support various Treasury processes and system enhancement projects and collaborate with all stakeholders and external consultants
  • Bank account administration with all banking/payment partners
  • Corporate Credit Card program administration
  • Analyze and manage banking fees/support internal improvements to lower fees
  • Ensure timely responses to all business inquiries
  • Other adhoc duties as needed
  • Ensure Organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations related to Treasury globally
  • Work with banking partners to open new bank accounts globally as needed
  • Provide Audit support for all bank confirmations, bank reconciliations, bank balances, letter of credits, and other treasury related requests
  • Complete Letter of Credit applications and debt refinancing documentation
  • Report FBAR
  • Work with Legal and banking partners to provide KYC documents to ensure banking compliance

In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:

  • Maintaining timely and accurate reporting of cash positions on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
  • Ensuring global banking compliance and documentation
  • Meeting month end deadlines for bank and cash reconciliations
  • Operationalize and maintaining bank account structure across legal entities to facilitate global operations in line with agreed upon timelines
  • Ensuring timely and accurate bank transfers

What You Contribute: 

  • 5 - 7 years of work experience in a cash management or treasury role
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • CTP a plus
  • Experience with ERP (Microsoft D365 a plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to motivate those around you
