Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

  • Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
  • Bi-weekly All Team meetings
  • Monthly reviews

About the Client

You’ll be supporting a U.S.-based CPA who runs a boutique tax and bookkeeping firm focused on serving small business owners and professionals—many of whom are Russian-speaking. She’s a licensed CPA with over a decade of experience and multiple credentials in tax planning. Her work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and high-trust—especially during U.S. tax season.

As her right hand, you’ll help manage inbound client communication, organize internal systems, and keep tasks moving behind the scenes. You’ll be treated like a true teammate and expected to be proactive, organized, and confident on the phone. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow—especially if you love systems, communication, and supporting a business that values excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

Client Communication

  • Answer 1–10 inbound calls per shift via GoHighLevel and respond to client text messages and inquiries.

  • Speak clearly and confidently in English—serving as the first impression for potential clients.

  • Route leads and messages to the appropriate team members and follow up as needed.

  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM.

  • Draft, schedule, and send follow-up emails and discovery call invites.

  • Help prepare scopes of work and documentation for new clients.

Project & Task Management

  • Set up and maintain task templates and workflows in Asana using provided training materials.

  • Monitor weekly priorities and help keep internal systems organized.

Light Bookkeeping Support

  • Assist with basic data entry, account updates, and light bookkeeping tasks (training provided).

  • Coordinate with the bookkeeping team when tasks are ready to be delegated.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English—confident, professional, and easy to understand on the phone.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a remote admin, executive assistant, or client support role.

  • Comfortable handling inbound calls, texts, and emails using a CRM (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks, follow up proactively, and keep systems tidy.

  • Confident using tools like Outlook, Google Drive, and task/project management software (Asana experience is a plus).

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive about asking for direction or clarification when needed.

  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours (10 AM – 6 PM CST) / graveyard shift in PH.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or a strong interest in learning.

 

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

  • $800 to $1,150 depending on experience
  • $500 bonus at 90-days
  • 13th month pay
  • Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents
  • Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
  • Start date: immediate
