The Role:
Join our team as a Creative Producer, driving the creative production of our moving image advertising campaigns. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the production process of brand campaigns from concept to completion; crafting and executing creative ideas that resonate with our brands. Immersed in a fast-paced creative environment, we are looking for someone with a love and knowledge of popular culture; a creative problem solver who is passionate about making exciting work.
This role requires great production skills and knowledge, and proven understanding of both agency and production company production processes. You need to be adept at delivering for TVC broadcast, social, digital and modular channels, with a real depth of experience in producing social and digital content. You will be comfortable managing both medium and large-scale productions and possess the ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
You will oversee productions from concept to delivery, managing production and resources to ensure high quality, on-time and within-budget delivery of high-volume campaign deliverables. You will work with your production colleagues in arranging and manage multi-unit shoots, champion social and modular ideation, offline edit and online build in post. You’ll also play a role in integrating new technologies like AI into the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end production for integrated campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation & cost effectiveness.
- Supervise the production of a variety of creative assets, including TV broadcast, social, digital & modular channels.
- Ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards, valuing diverse perspectives in our creative output.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, social trends and new technologies, into production processes and best practices.
- Communicate thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs and offer creative solutions that resonate with a wide audience.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing inclusivity and diverse perspectives in every task.
- Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of all project assets, including scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, and final deliverables.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficient in producing and delivering large scale social and digital content with a knowledge of individual platform requirements.
- Understanding of end-to-end motion production processes, budgeting, scheduling, and relevant industry standards.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and diverse client needs.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, utilising technology to promote inclusivity and diversity.
- Expertise in budget management and financial tracking and reporting.
