About Ogilvy:

Ogilvy UK has been creating iconic ideas that deliver impact at scale for clients ever since David Ogilvy founded the company in 1948. Ogilvy UK specialises in bringing together brand advertising, customer experience marketing, PR, influence and consulting, all fuelled by Behavioural Science. Our world-class award-winning creative campaigns deliver solutions for clients including Sainsbury’s, Argos, , Mondelēz International, Unilever, TK Maxx and Pernod Ricard.

In 2023, Ogilvy UK celebrated their 75th anniversary and was the most awarded agency in Europe. Ogilvy is home to the largest influencer marketing practice globally, and hosts the world’s biggest festival of behavioural science and creativity, Nudgestock – now in its 12th year.

The Role

Reporting to the Client Partner on Fanta and with a dotted line to the Managing Partner (Ogilvy UK Lead for The Coca-Cola Company), this role focuses on 360° campaign development for Fanta, one of the world’s most iconic brands, within the fastest-growing account at the agency.

This role sits at the intersection of Advertising and Experience, combining creative, strategic, and content-led approaches to connect meaningfully with audiences. The goal is to drive weekly drinking frequency through a value exchange that goes beyond traditional advertising. While innovative brand experiences are central, social AV films, campaigns, and other advertising touchpoints remain crucial for emotional impact and reach.

This position will focus primarily on the global Fanta charters, supporting the Client Partners in the delivery of global campaigns and toolkits for local market activation.

What this looks like in practice:

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create and deliver Experience Activations—purposeful interactions across the entirety of a consumer’s engagement with Fanta. These are end-to-end experiences that are connected, cohesive, and consistent, delivering real human value and driving business impact.
  • Develop and deliver global toolkits that enable effective and consistent local market execution.
  • Collaborate with international Ogilvy teams and other WPP operating companies such as Essence MediaCom (media strategy and channel planning) and VMLY&R Commerce (shopper communications).
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment that mirrors Coca-Cola’s culture: fast-paced, high-energy, and team-oriented.
  • Support and strengthen partnership initiatives, working closely with key collaborators and other experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic thinking and creative development across integrated campaigns for Fanta, balancing brand, advertising, content, and experience initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between Advertising, Experience, PR & Influence, and Behavioural Science teams.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across global and local teams, aligning creative output with both regional and worldwide strategies.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
  • Translate complex briefs and business objectives into clear, actionable strategies for the team.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, keeping Fanta at the forefront of the category.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised, and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will support the Client Partners in the management and delivery of the Fanta Global charters, ensuring the creation of best-in-class global campaigns and toolkits that enable successful local market implementation.

You will have:

  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns for global brands, ideally in both Advertising and Experience channels.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production across social, digital, and physical experiences.
  • The ability to simplify complexity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Equanimity under pressure, including flexibility for occasional early morning or evening calls.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn from cross-disciplinary teams, including PR, Influence, and Behavioural Science specialists.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands, ideally beverages.
  • Global campaign experience.
  • Knowledge of shopper communications and integrated media strategy.
  • Some level of interest or experience in gaming would be an advantage, given the growing importance of this space to Fanta’s brand expression.
  • Experience developing global toolkits for multi-market execution.
  • Exposure to partnership-driven initiatives, whether with entertainment, gaming, or cultural collaborators.
