About the Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Management: Bring extensive experience in comprehensive administrative services, including budget control, vendor management, space planning, renovation, travel service, procurement practice, and fixed asset management. Leading the HK admin team to deliver outstanding services to employees, also aligning closely with business strategies to continually optimize operational processes.
  2. Market Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the HK real estate market, renovation projects, and corporate employee services. Provide industry insights and analysis to support informed decision-making within the Admin team for business planning.
  3. Policy Development and Optimization: Update internal policies based on real-world conditions, conduct research on relevant administrative policies, and offer constructive recommendations to enhance efficiency and improve employee experiences.
  4. Stakeholder and Project Management: Leverage rich experience in managing key stakeholders and fostering employee communication. Lead internal projects to drive optimal approaches and achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Experience in working at multinational corporations, with comprehensive perspective, particularly within HK and APAC region.
  2. Problem-Solving Expertise: Understand the challenges and pain points within administrative functions, bringing professional experience to deliver effective solutions.
  3. Resource and Strategic Management: Proficient in resource allocation and integration, with relevant experience in strategic planning and global administrative policy development. Strong logical thinking skills are essential.
  4. Interpersonal and Stress Management Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, capable of handling stress effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Learning and Adaptability: Passionate about learning and tackling new challenges.
  6. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English.
