About the Opportunity:

This role sits within OKX’s Growth Risk team under the CEO Office, focusing on risk analysis and strategy design. As a Senior Risk Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing data-driven, anti-fraud solutions that protect and enable the growth of our global platform. You will work at the intersection of product, data science, and engineering to solve complex risk challenges across our ecosystem, from detecting fraud patterns to building robust machine learning models that scale.

This is not a traditional analyst role. You will play a key role in shaping the future of risk management in the crypto industry, working with top-tier engineers, AI specialists, and stakeholders across the company. Your work will directly influence business decisions, safeguard user trust, and support sustainable growth across OKX's core products and services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct data analysis and mining within risk control domains to identify fraud patterns, extract meaningful features, and support the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Design end-to-end anti-fraud solutions, including strategy frameworks and machine learning models that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Collaborate closely with data engineers, AI engineers, and backend developers to implement and deliver risk strategies and models as scalable services.
Establish standardized processes for risk control projects, covering data labeling, feature engineering, model/strategy evaluation, and performance monitoring.
Define success metrics, design and run A/B tests to evaluate performance, and build monitoring systems for ongoing tracking and anomaly detection.
Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies; lead research and experimentation to apply advanced techniques to real-world challenges in the crypto space.

What We Look For In You:

Solid foundation in risk analysis and strategy design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a risk strategist, data scientist, data analyst, or product manager in the risk control or anti-fraud domain.
Proven experience designing and building risk control products and strategies within crypto, financial services, or broader tech industries.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and limited resources; able to navigate ambiguity and effectively advocate for what’s needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex risk concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High level of technical proficiency, able to understand product and system architecture, engage with engineers at a detailed level, and contribute to scalable and extensible solution design.
Data-driven mindset: experienced in defining, tracking, and acting on impact metrics; skilled in identifying KPIs and partnering with engineering and analytics teams on instrumentation and monitoring.
Extensive experience in collaborating across functions to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have:

Master’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Passion for crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English
