Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are hiring a Content Manager for Social Media to contribute to our efforts to engage and educate our growing community of crypto enthusiasts. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in creating various content for our online platforms to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing

Create, curate, and manage compelling, educational, and engaging text, graphical and video content tailored to different social media platforms, including but not limited to X, LinkedIn and Telegram

Attend OKX SG events to capture photos and videos, create engaging content, and amplify key moments across social media platforms in real time

Collaborate with growth, legal, compliance and product teams to develop campaigns and ensure accurate and consistent messaging in line with legal guidelines

Stay on top of the latest cryptocurrency trends, news, and regulatory updates, and incorporate these insights into content strategy

Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a professional, timely, and educational manner

Monitor and report on social media performance using data and insights to guide content decisions and optimise content strategy to achieve community growth and customer acquisition goals
What We Look For In You

2~4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing, ideally within the fintech, crypto, or tech industries
- Experience with end-to-end video production

Proficiency with content creation tools and social media management tools

Passion for the crypto space and familiarity with emerging trends and news

Creativity and ability to think outside the box and produce fresh content ideas that captivate and educate

Ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills to engage users effectively

Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
