Role: Project Manager

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

 

About the role: 

You have meticulous attention to detail, understand the importance of the efficiency/profitability of your projects for the agency and you will have proven yourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day management of your category. You will have to be able to establish strong relationships with marketing stakeholders. You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues. Reporting into the Managing Partner, you’ll be working in a team of eight, mostly based in London with additional offshore support.

What will you be doing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, including cultural partners and designers. 
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between all parties to ensure project objectives and volumes are met. 
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers on both the client-side and agency-side to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Proactively address any potential challenges or roadblocks to maintain project timelines and quality. 
  • Oversee high-volume traditional production work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications. 
  • Maintain high attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure quality standards are consistently met. 
  • Work as part of a larger Project Management team, particularly as the account grows. 
  • Support and mentor junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. 
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in current production processes to streamline workflow and enhance productivity. 

What you need to be great on this role:

  • 5+ year’s experience.   
  • Print experience essential. 
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships. 
  • The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity.  
  • Knowledge of account management and invoicing.  
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.  
  • Ability to learn quickly and be a self starter. 
  • Solution first mindset.
  • You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role​.
