Role:  Web Content Manager

Location:  Madrid, Spain (Office presence expected at minimum 1 day per week)

 

About the role: 

The Web Content Manager will be part of our client's Digital Experience team, supporting pan-European digital transformation. The role focuses primarily on content management for local teams and leveraging opportunities within the Social Studio to extend content to websites and contribute to the evolving content strategy. 

What you will be doing: 

Content Management & Campaign Support

  • Manage and update website content across our clients brand domains, ensuring timely and accurate execution of campaigns. Act as the single point of contact for campaign-related website activities, working closely with central brand teams, local markets, and the Social Studio.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner with Integrated Project Managers, Motion Designers, and Content Creators to deliver cohesive web experiences aligned with social and content strategies. Support local teams in adopting best practices and templates to maintain consistency across markets. 

Data & Insights

  • Share website performance insights (traffic, engagement, campaign impact) with our client stakeholders and OLIVER leadership to inform content optimisation and UX improvements. 

User Experience Awareness

  • Apply UX best practices where possible to enhance navigation and campaign journeys. While deep UX expertise is not mandatory, familiarity is considered a plus. 

Technology Familiarity

  • Basic understanding of CMS platforms, JIRA, and web processes is desirable to facilitate smooth coordination with technical teams also need to have experience working with Google Analytics to understand performance and web journeys etc. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Passionate about creating intuitive, high-performing web content that drive engagement and conversion.
  • 2–4 years of experience in web content, ideally within FMCG or multi-brand environments. 
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish is required since we operate globally.
  • Thrive in multi-brand, multi-market environments and understand the nuances of localisation and scalability.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to UX, design, and platform optimisation.
  • Excited by the opportunity to explore emerging technologies like AI-driven personalisation, voice search, and AR/VR.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, marketing, product, IT to deliver integrated digital campaigns.
  • Proactive problem-solver who uses data to inform decisions and continuously improve user journeys.
