Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-month FTC with potential to extend
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Social Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of social performance insights. In this role, you’ll turn data into actionable strategies that elevate social content, audience engagement, and brand reputation. If you’re passionate about decoding social effectiveness and pushing the boundaries of measurement, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver best-in-class social performance insights that drive actionable recommendations for social teams.
- Interpret and integrate data from organic, paid, influencer, and social listening sources to create a holistic view of performance.
- Build meaningful outputs such as audience segments, content pillars, and format effectiveness to inform content strategies.
- Use social listening tools to track brand reputation, cultural trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct channel audits to identify platform, content, and audience insights.
- Act as an evangelist for measurement and insight, both internally and with client partners.
- Develop measurement frameworks, benchmarking, and reporting to inform future strategies.
- Innovate new ways to measure social activity, including custom metrics and AI-driven reporting solutions.
- Champion our insight tools and tech stack, ensuring maximum value and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of learning by organizing training sessions and sharing industry updates.
