About the Role:

We’re looking for an Account Executive who is interested in entertainment brand partnerships and event sponsorship to join the our team.

The primary focus of this exciting role is to be part of the team delivering one of the high-profile accounts at Fuse; the UEFA Champions League Final Kickoff Show, presented by Pepsi. To date, we’ve had an eclectic mix of global music artists to headline the performance including; Dua Lipa, Imagine Dragons, Marshmello, Camila Cabello, Burna Boy, Anitta & Alesso, Lenny Kravitz and Linkin Park.

You’ll be joining a creative and dynamic team where each day is different, supporting on all aspects of delivering a large-scale project. This is a great opportunity for a confident and highly organised AE, who’s also looking for a role that offers opportunity in the entertainment space and happy to start from the ground up whether it be taking status notes, developing powerpoint documents, finance related tasks and onsite schedules.

Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Project management support, data collection & document delivery to a high standard all working into the Account Managers on your team.
  • Supporting the delivery of promotional content and live music performance, taking status notes, creating documents required for approvals and tracking the approval process across multiple stakeholders.
  • Project finance support, creating POs, raising invoices and keeping budget pot trackers up to date.
  • Integral member of the team onsite in Budapest (location of 2025 UEFA Champions League Final), working in a flexible manner to ensure successful delivery.
  • Supporting the Account Managers in their roles.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Relevant work experience in a professional environment.
  • Interest in entertainment marketing, sponsorship and partnerships.
  • Skills in and experience in using PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive and able to work to strict deadlines.
  • You need to have an ability and willingness to work flexibly, based our London offices, with occasional UK & European travel, on-site event and weekend work

Flexible Working

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
