
Account Executive - Ticketing
About the Role:
Fuse is looking for a driven Account Executive to join a team delivering across a high-profile football account, working with Lidl (UEFA Europe/Conference League).
The main responsibilities of the role are supporting and leading various areas of marketing and activation of sponsorship rights, including managing agency partners, rights management and activation, digital activation and managing UEFA approvals.
You will have ability and willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK and international travel for site visits, events and meetings.
The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting on on-going projects. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Day to day management of the key clients and key projects
- Management of Lidl market activation plans and UEFA approvals
- Management, tracking and delivery of Lidl rights including trophy appearances, LEDs and stadium activations
- Management and delivery of Lidl digital activations across UEFA channels
- Being proactive and the leading expert in educating the clients and Lidl markets on how to leverage rights aligned with rights holder guidelines
- Project management to ensure successful delivery of key projects, including reporting
- Stakeholder Management (internal, rightsholder and clients) – management of weekly client/internal status meetings, agendas and follow up notes
You will report to a Senior Account Executive as well as a wider account team.
Desired skills & experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in leading on the delivery of events
- A passion for sport and entertainment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail, yet ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- A can-do, positive, friendly attitude
- Nice to have: able to speak and write German language confidently
You need to have an ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on site at events and some weekend work.
This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
