The Challenge:

We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative Product Organization and lead the growth initiatives for our premier DataGuidance platform. As a key player in our product management team, you will be instrumental in directing our funnel from attraction to conversion through the product and platform journey. DataGuidance is a top global platform for regulatory intelligence. You will play an important role by helping to quicken our growth and boost our market position, supported by our 1700 content experts across 300 areas worldwide.

Your Mission:

  • Growth Strategy and Vision: Define the vision and strategy for DataGuidance growth initiatives, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
  • Conversion Optimization: Improve the frequency at which people perform actions on our website landing pages, emails, and in our app. Utilize A/B testing and user feedback to refine customer journeys.
  • Product-Led Growth: Develop a self-service product-led growth journey working closely with product and engineering teams to create seamless user experiences that drive adoption.
  • Usability and User Experience: Collaborate with designers to create products that are simple and intuitive. Conduct tests to assess their user-friendliness and incorporate user feedback for enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to define test plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Platform development: Embedding the DataGuidance content throughout the OneTrust platform to enable platform effects.
  • SEO Strategy Development: Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to DataGuidance content. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines while remaining valuable to our target market.
  • Content Roadmap Guidance: Lead the expected organic growth strategy for DataGuidance and develop marketing guidance for our content roadmap.
  • B2C and B2B Pipeline Management: Work closely with sales teams to develop a robust pipeline, focusing on lead generation and nurturing strategies. Monitor key performance metrics related to pipeline health and conversion rates.
  • Automation Initiatives: Lead the implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Partnerships Strategy: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to accelerate product growth and expand market reach.
  • Analytics and Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives. Regularly report on growth metrics to stakeholders, providing insights into performance trends.
  • Competitive Analysis: Understand market trends and develop our differentiators in our competitive landscape.
  • Customer Advocacy: Collect and action customer feedback appropriately. Develop customer case studies and testimonials for the DataGuidance platform.
  • Site Management: Monitor and manage site traffic to ensure consistent growth.

You Are:

A growth expert for digital platforms who can exercise independent and sound judgment. Drives continuous improvement through effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.

  • Demonstrates a keen appreciation for diverse perspectives within teams and values the input of all members.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Champions a customer-centric mindset and excels in translating customer needs into actionable growth strategies.
  • Empathizes deeply with customer needs and experiences.
  • Demonstrates robust organizational capabilities and analytical mindset.
  • A true "funnel master" who thinks in funnels and drives results through them.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager, preferably with experience in privacy or content-platform sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading growth initiatives within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and documenting goals and themes for growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop growth strategies and successfully communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Solid technical knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for keyword research and content optimization.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
  • Recent experience using an Agile/Scrum methodology to build world-class software.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to know when it's necessary to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working proficiently with cross-functional teams, and influencing conversations to drive positive outcomes for the product and the business.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools including Jira, Aha!, Figma, or similar.

Extra Awesome

  • Product management and delivery experience in a larger organization (>2,000 employees).
  • Growth experience with B2B2C platforms and content services.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing product-led growth strategies that significantly increased conversion rates.

 

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$139,725 - $209,587.50 USD
