We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Website Experience who can drive our B2B (restaurant) digital strategy to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategy development, UX design, and traffic-to-MQL conversion optimization. Further, you will have a deep understanding of website optimization, digital marketing strategies, and performance analytics, and should be a data-driven decision maker with a proven track record of increasing website traffic and converting visitors into MQLs. We’re seeking an innovative digital marketing expert who is passionate about creating exceptional, frictionless online experiences. This role will report into the Director of B2B Marketing and the position will have 3 roles supporting them in addition to a UX and SEO agency.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings for our 13 B2B websites globally.

  • Oversee the design and user experience of our website to ensure it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for traffic-to-MQL conversion.

  • Analyze website performance data and user behavior to find opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize website elements and enhance user experience, leading to conversion rate improvement.

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is SEO-focused to improve organic traffic MoM.

  • Manage the development and implementation of new website features and functionalities.

  • Monitor and report on weekly website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, UX, and conversion optimization trends and standard methodologies.

  • Mentor and develop a team of developers and a SEO specialist.

 

Please apply if:

  • 8+ years of experience in website management, with a strong focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization. SaaS or technology roles are strongly preferred.

  • 4+ years managing a WordPress site.

  • Deep understanding of SEO standard processes and tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

  • Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies, including experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely.

  • Experience managing website development projects, including working with developers and designers.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with managing an online chatbot to funnel leads to the correct pages and capture incremental MQLs.

  • Experience leading a direct team and large-scale cross-functional projects.

  • A proactive, innovative approach and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Outcome driven with a track record of identifying traffic growth opportunities and accelerating impact.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is $102,462 - 107,000 CAD.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
