The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join the Revenue Operations team at Postman. The Salesforce Administrator role reports into the Salesforce Manager. The Revenue Operations team is integral to the success of the Sales and Customer Success organizations by helping to drive revenue, renewals and the productivity of the sales and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Help in overseeing the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Work with stakeholders and various teams to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform to ultimately enhance end user productivity and efficiency.
  • Serves as the technical subject matter expert that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization.
  • Aid in curation and scalability of all supporting process and policy documentation with relation to all business processes within the Postman Salesforce org.
  • Assist with delivering training on all processes, policies, and best practices within the Postman Salesforce Instance.
  • Implement and maintain integrations to related GTM tools. 
  • Unit / Regression and User Acceptance testing and change management tools.
  • Migration, bulk upload and bulk update of data using different data tools such as Import Wizard and SFDC Data Export.
  • Generation of reports, dashboards, and customized reports along with analysis of resulting data.
  • Create flow automation for tasks, email alerts, field updates, etc.
  • Assistance with the management and creation of user roles, profiles, permissions, role hierarchies, public groups, security controls, and shared settings.
  • Constantly reviewing current processes and configurations and suggesting improvements to continuously achieve sustainability.
  • Maintain technical design documentation based on functional and stakeholders’ requirements.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience with Salesforce Administration with a proven track record of successful projects and implementations.
  • Saas industry experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience in an agile based environment.
  • Proficiency in managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Strong expertise in flow automation and validation rules.
  • Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) and ensuring data integrity.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities and working with third-party applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to execute with minimal guidance.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience with unit/regression testing and release management of modifications/updates between environment instances.
  • Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation & enhancement of projects in Salesforce.com.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco & the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $80,750.00 to $109,250.00 & a competitive equity package.
