We’re looking for a motivated Accountant – Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) to join and drive the finance and accounting operations at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

In this role, you’ll:

• Independently manage accounts receivable processes
• Issue invoices to customers and prepare remittances and payments
• Monitor and post incoming payments
• Manage dunning and collections, handling outstanding receivables
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies while communicating directly with customers
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Your Profile: 

• Relevant experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, finance, or a similar field, ideally in a startup environment
• Successfully completed commercial training or a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in both English and German
• Ideally, familiarity with financial, accounting, and business systems software, especially DATEV, DUO (DATEV Unternehmen Online); experience with expense management solutions and Salesforce is a plus
