Location & Remote Work for technology and remote-first roles
Our team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About the Role
This role at QuintoAndar gives you the chance to shape one of the company's most vital engines: the broker incentive policy that drives conversion, earnings, and liquidity across our marketplace. You won't just be maintaining dashboards; you will be designing analytical frameworks, KPIs, and experiments that influence how thousands of brokers work every day and how millions of reais flow through the platform. You will operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment, working directly with Incentives leadership and seeing your work translate into real-world policy with measurable impact.
Responsibilities

Revenue Intelligence: Develop, monitor, and optimize critical incentive and conversion KPIs, proposing metrics that reflect both financial health and growth.

Modeling and Experimentation: Structure analytical models and econometric analyses to validate hypotheses. Use rigorous methodologies such as A/B testing, control groups, and causality analysis to drive campaign launches.

Pricing & Incentives Strategy: Drive the evolution of pricing and incentive policies, focusing on demand elasticity and maximizing GMV/Revenue.

Campaign Performance: Conduct deep-dive analyses on the incremental impact of actions, ensuring policy efficiency (spend vs. generated return).

Automation and Scalability: Build tools, automations, and data workflows to elevate the area's analytical maturity and team efficiency.

Business Vision: Act autonomously to influence strategic planning, transforming complex information into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Requirements

Solid Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience in SQL for large-scale data manipulation. Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is highly desirable.

Data Culture: Proven experience with testing methodologies (A/B testing) and BI tools (Dashboards).

Market Experience: Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Incentives, preferably in dynamic environments like Startups, Fintechs, or Marketplaces.

Efficiency Focus: Ability to generate savings and optimize processes through data analysis (focus on savings and ROI).

Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with constant change and high autonomy.

Languages: Intermediate to advanced English.
