Hiring Process Stages

Role Objective

Provide support to the company’s data ingestion and integration processes, helping consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified repository following the defined data architecture. The role also includes generating basic documentation related to data sources, transformations, and destinations.

This position is designed for someone at an early stage of their career, with strong motivation to learn and grow within a Data Engineering / BI team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support data ingestion and ETL processes under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Assist in integrating data from different sources into centralized data repositories.

  • Help build and maintain datasets used for reporting and data analysis.

  • Collaborate on basic documentation of data flows and processes.

  • Perform data validation and basic quality checks.

  • Learn and apply best practices related to data modeling and cloud data platforms.

 

Requirements

  • Academic background or current studies in Systems, Engineering, Data, or related fields is a plus.

Basic / Foundational Knowledge

  • SQL fundamentals (MySQL or similar).
  • Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
  • Familiarity with data concepts such as tables, joins, and datasets.

Nice to Have / Learning Areas

  • Basic Python knowledge for task automation or data processing.
  • Introductory knowledge or interest in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Airflow/Composer, Cloud SQL).
