Senior Manager - Global Account Management

Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to build and drive tailored business development strategies for large enterprise accounts. The individual should come from a business development background with experience of selling to large, complex organizations and building relationships across teams and levels. The right fit for the role will be someone who can bring a balance of consultative selling, relationship building, strategic thinking, and structured problem solving.
The Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process for strategic deals, including opportunity qualification, proposal creation, negotiations, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs and challenges and accordingly offer appropriate solutions leveraging existing products and services
- Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with internal & external cross functional teams to drive the pre and post go-live client journey, ensuring best in class client experience
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute account level strategies covering short to long-term initiatives.
- Relationship Building: build and nurture long-term strategic relationships at different levels (including C-suite) and across teams in the client organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account performance, revenue growth, and product usage, delivering actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, client industry developments, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management in a payments or SaaS company
- Proven experience managing large, strategic accounts with revenue responsibilities
- Demonstrated technical understanding with the ability to stitch together a solution leveraging a wide range of products to address complex client challenges
- Proven ability of taking end to end ownership of initiatives with excellent stakeholder and program management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
