Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).
The Role:
The Associate Director will be central to ensuring clients successfully adopt and implement BillMe. This will include:
- Client Onboarding and Implementation: Overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring clients smoothly transition to using BillMe and it is implemented effectively within their existing systems.
- Tailored Solutions: Working closely with clients to understand their unique billing and CRM needs, and developing creative solutions that address these specific requirements.
- Systems Integration: Managing the integration of BillMe with clients' current billing systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient connection between platforms.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Conducting in-depth walkthroughs of the BillMe digital billing platform and API integrations, providing product demonstrations, and offering technical guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with Razorpay business units (POS, Engage, Banking Alliance) to drive BillMe adoption through identifying integration opportunities, enhancing CRM capabilities, and developing collaborative features with other Razorpay products.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in SAAS working with onboarding clients & managing large teams
- Pre-sales or technical consulting experience with enterprise software, preferably in a product company.
- Hands-on technology practitioner – you have got your hands dirty with APIs, technical definitions and stitching solutions between partner ecosystems.
