- Drive the end-to-end design lifecycle from hypothesis creation to iterative refinement
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Collaborate daily with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery
- Provide light mentoring to junior contributors and evangelize user-centered design
What you bring to the Team
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, UX/HCI, or a related subject area and 10-15 years of relevant design experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and translate technical concepts into clear design documentation
- Able to explain design decisions effectively to diverse collaborators
- Ability to interpret and visualize quantitative data and apply basic statistics
- Able to solve ambiguous, novel problems and align with strategic direction
- Expert in Figma, prototyping frameworks, and design system tooling
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAE, industrial SaaS, or complex data-heavy interfaces
- Comfortable with moderate travel to partner facilities for user research and validation
