Who we are looking for
You will lead the creation and growth of a new Re:Build Manufacturing member company focused on the development and commercialization of wire harness design and manufacturing capabilities. This entrepreneurial role offers significant autonomy and responsibility for business planning, customer development, engineering execution, and operations management. The GM will oversee a multidisciplinary team and leverage Re:Build’s broad network of talent, technology, and resources to drive transformational growth and profitability.
What you get to do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to establish and grow Re:Build’s wire harness business.
- Build relationships with customers and utilize market insights to shape product and service offerings.
- Lead product development and manufacturing efforts from concept through production.
- Manage milestones, timelines, and key deliverables with a focus on speed, quality, and scalability.
- Drive transformational change in operations and processes through deep integration with Re:Build resources (e.g. Cadonix).
- Own the business unit P&L, making sound financial and operational decisions.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a cross-functional team to meet evolving business needs.
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, preferably in wire harnesses or electrical components.
- Master’s degree in engineering, management, or related discipline a plus.
- Proven experience launching and scaling new product businesses in industrial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
