Marketing Associate, Fine Wine

The Fine Wine Marketing team is looking for an integral member to join our team here in Los Angeles. They support in developing, implementing, and communicating all marketing and brand initiatives for our Fine Wine Brands. This role works closely with internal sales and creative teams. The Marketing Associate, Fine Wines will assist the Fine Wines brand team with all marketing and merchandising programs including activities supporting the estate portfolio.This is an onsite position, 5 days a week in Los Angeles, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
- Send wine samples to sales reps as needed.
- Send POS Sales requests as needed.
- Manage POS creation (i.e., winekeys, on-premise toolkit, wearables).
- Manage POS inventory.
- Work with printer to produce POS as needed.
- Pitch-in with whatever needs to be completed out at the time (we are all hands-on deck!)
- Additional social media posts/support on Highlands 41, Maddalena & San Simeon.
- Maintenance of Trade Portal [Brand Folder] with current and updated marketing materials, including (but not limited to):
- Update Awards tracker + 1-page accolade sheet.
- Create shelftalkers, tech notes, sell sheets and accolade sheets as needed.
- Update POS elements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience outside of social media/experience working with wine.
- Capable of working independently and with a team.
- Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Strong organizational and planning skills and a solution orientated mindset.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
- High-level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Takes initiative to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a project management software such as Asana, Monday, Slack, etc.
- Experience working in social media software such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, WordPress, etc.

Pay Range
$62,000 - $66,000 USD
