
2025 Broker Relations Sophomore Summer Internship
The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail oriented professional to join the Broker Relations team as an Investment Operations intern. You will be comfortable multi-tasking while balancing multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced working environment. You will be working with an experienced global team to implement best-in-class operational policies and procedures. You will have a keen attention to detail, a data integrity mindset and be someone who thrives off learning new skills and challenging yourself. You will be a natural team player who can use their strong interpersonal skills to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
What you’ll do
This individual will work with the global broker relations team and will assist with the day-to-day operations of the team.
- Assist in build of ,and migration of data into new reporting tool
- Attend meetings with broker relations team and take detailed notes and deliver follow-ups and next steps
- Update internal CRM system including onboarding and offboarding teams and vendors
- Collaborate with internal counsel to ensure timely finalization of agreements and amendments
- Gain a knowledge of broker relations processes and role within the firm

Our internship
The Schonfeld summer internship provides students with a unique opportunity to experience Schonfeld, our work, our people, and our culture.
Each summer intern will work on a tailored project that will provide them with real world experience. We provide all interns with a dedicated mentor and manager to help them navigate the summer successfully. Interns will also participate in our learning program, the Sapphire: Summer Session, which aims to provide tangible skills training and education on various functions across the firm and in the workplace. Along with the hands-on guidance and support from managers and mentors, interns will participate in weekly networking events, engage with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Alliance, attend panel discussions, and have many opportunities to get to know Schonfeld’s core values in practice.

The annual base pay for this role is expected to be between $45,000 and $52,000 which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications and experience and level of education.
