Scopely is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Employee Experience and Facilities team based in the Bangalore hub.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Facilities in Bangalore and work closely with the Facilities, Global Experience & Engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams to continually evolve Scopely’s global employee experience. Key “One Scopely” initiatives include Scopely’s annual Celebration Day, Scopelean of the Year Awards, Global Inclusion Week, and other company-wide, in-person events.
As a key member of our global People Team, this role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging office events, activities, and initiatives designed to create a positive and vibrant work environment. What You Will Do

Office Support: Assist the Senior Manager, Facilities in overseeing daily office operations, including food programs and supplies, coordinating facility and maintenance needs, and ensuring an organized and efficient work environment that supports overall employee experience.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of local employee experience events such as monthly in-office activities, wellness initiatives, and social gatherings. Collaborate with the Global Experience & Engagement and DEI teams to execute larger-scale One Scopely global events for the team in Bangalore.

Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and service providers to secure event-related supplies, catering, and entertainment, ensuring all logistics are in place and within budget.

Office Environment Support: Help maintain an inviting and engaging office environment by assisting in the setup and decoration for events and activities.

Employee Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and People teams to develop initiatives that improve the overall employee experience and work culture.

Communication: Assist with promoting events internally through various communication channels (e.g., Slack, emails, in-office screens), ensuring employees are informed and excited about upcoming activities.

Event Budgeting and Tracking: Support budget management for each event, including tracking expenses, obtaining quotes, and ensuring that spending aligns with the allocated budget.

Feedback Collection: Help gather feedback from event participants to evaluate success, identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate suggestions into future events.

Administrative Support: Handle event-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, RSVPs, managing event calendars, and keeping track of event inventories.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all events and activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and any relevant health guidelines.
What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Event Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant work experience).

Experience: No prior experience required, but experience in event coordination, customer service, or office administration is a plus.

Ability to use Smartsheets or similar project management software is a plus

Ability to design and develop email templates, event fliers, and slide decks is a plus
