Senior Product Marketing Manager- Monopoly GO!

Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Monopoly Go Game in Culver City on a hybrid basis, working 2 days a week from the hub.

The team is based in Canada, Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do 

  • Become an expert in the MONOPOLY GO! game product and roadmap features, driving marketing and business development strategy on feature support.
  • Own creative strategy and production efforts with internal and external creative agency teams to craft compelling marketing campaigns and assets to use across omni-channel marketing activations.
  • Translate key product feature and development programs to build key marketing messaging that drives demand across audiences.
  • Drive the Go-To-Market strategy, planning processes, campaign development, and steer execution across key evergreen seasons, serving as DRI for communication and functional planning across marketing flywheel.
  • Manage the evergreen User Acquisition and Reactivation creative strategy and support the Performance Marketing team's goals to drive audience growth and retention.
  • Lead alignment meetings and communication across multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop a process for communicating the Product Roadmap to cross-functional teams: Publishing, Community, Social, ASO, CRM, and Performance Marketing.
  • Push audience-focused activations and learnings with Marketing Analytics and Consumer Research team.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or similar role in gaming/entertainment.
  • Proven experience in Product or brand marketing on a mobile game
  • Demonstrated ability to lead  cross-functional Initiatives  across multiple disciplines to drive alignment and strategic outcomes;
  • Experience working across User Acquisition campaigns and creative development
  • Clear communicator, comfortable presenting strategies and performance updates to c-level marketing team members and stakeholders, ;
  • Games publishing partner landscape and platform marketing ecosystem experience
  • Experience working directly with product managers, content, and production teams, inputting and driving marketing priorities in key product work.
  • Passionate about gaming with a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
  • Ability to pivot quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or leading individuals

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA Annual Salary Range

$118,000 - $160,000 USD
