The Supervisor, Sales – SkyTab is a hybrid leadership and quota-carrying role responsible for driving new business revenue while leading a team of SkyTab Sales Representatives. This leader will coach, motivate, and develop sales talent, ensuring both individual and team success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, metrics-driven sales leader who excels in closing deals, managing pipelines, removing obstacles for their team, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily coaching, mentorship, and performance management to a team of SkyTab Sales Representatives.
- Lead by example as a top-performing seller, consistently meeting or exceeding individual quota.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and team huddles to drive accountability and sales excellence.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous development of team members to ensure rapid ramp and ongoing success.
- Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture rooted in teamwork, ownership, and results.
- Monitor KPIs including activity metrics, pipeline health, close rates, productivity, and revenue attainment.
- Support reps during customer calls, demos, and appointments as needed.
- Maintain expert knowledge of SkyTab’s POS and payments solutions, competitive landscape, and value positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience selling payments, POS systems, or related commerce-enabling technology, with a proven track record of consistent quota attainment.
- Deep understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, restaurant/retail technology, and the competitive POS landscape.
- Proven expertise across the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate sales representatives to achieve high performance.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
