About the role…
We are seeking a strategic and creative Manager, Social Media to lead our social media efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing both our organic and paid social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and effective presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement.
Roles and responsibilities…
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content is published across all platforms.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creator growth, and brand growth, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
- Manage social media budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for campaigns and promotions.
Our non-negotiables…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions.
