Your role at Simtra BioPharma Solutions:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals to meet the hiring needs for the U.S. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize processes and report progress.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of talent advisors, setting clear goals, tracking KPIs, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Candidate Sourcing & Employer Branding: Develop diverse talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and strengthen employer branding to position company as an employer of choice. Leverage technology platforms like ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc. for borad outreach.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition with workforce planning and advise on market trends and talent availability.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives: Lead initiatives to build diverse candidate pools and promote inclusive hiring practices that align with the organization’s DEI goals.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency, compliance (EEO, OFCCP), and quality of hire. Monitor external trends to implement best practices.
- Data and Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Provide leadership with reports, metrics, and insights on hiring trends and performance.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies to enhance talent sourcing capabilities.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with HR leaders to implement effective workforce planning strategies and processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all talent acquisition activities adhere to local laws and regulations.
- ATS & CRM Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of ATS and CRM systems to streamline recruitment workflows, maintain compliance, track metrics, and engage candidates for future opportunities.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent.
- 7-10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in developing and leading a high-performing recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in building employer branding and DEI-focused recruitment initiatives.
- Deep business acumen and the executional know-how of building and growing businesses through the talent acquisition programs and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation. Captivating facilitator/storyteller.
- Analytical and critical thinking with a metrics-driven approach to solutions and the ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change to gain sponsorship.
- The ability to flourish in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.
Physical Requirements
- Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends.
- Position requires sitting for long hours but may involve walking or standing for periods of time.
