Our mission goes beyond simply meeting targets — we shape the future by ensuring GPDR achieves its financial, strategic, and people commitments.

With a focus on three key areas — crafting GPDR's strategy and business plans, analyzing performance, and managing operations — the GBSP team is at the heart of the action, steering the organization toward sustained success. In this role, you will lead GPDR-wide planning and execution, ensuring seamless business rhythm, effective governance, and exceptional team engagement, all while creating a connected and future-ready organization.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate critical year-round projects in parallel with the GPDR governance calendar
  • Lead GPDR annual meeting rhythm, ensuring effective preparation and execution, from timely material collation and submission to accurate notes and actions circulation
  • Be responsible for the governance and execution of quarterly and annual GPDR commitments, including budget submissions, internal communications, and planning updates

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain governance calendars to ensure GPDR delivers its key obligations on time, collaborating with contributors to maintain its accuracy and sharing regularly for wider visibility
  • Implement projects, mapping out workback schedules to achieve delivery success
  • Draft communications and presentation materials for Executive meetings, ensuring clear and appropriate narrative for the audience
  • Handle meeting governance of GPDR Management Committee, SIE Global Management Committee, and Executive partner sessions
  • Support GPDR Sync Weeks, quarterly leadership offsites, townhalls and social events, contributing to high quality materials creation
  • Support integration of the GPDR annual objectives in day-to-day business, ensuring all verticals are engaged
  • Administrate GPDR leadership and divisional meetings to note decisions, drive action items and cascade information to teams directly
  • Monitor OPEX and headcount tracking, ensuring both fit within Corporate Planning guidelines
  • Cultivate day-to-day relationships with cross-functional counterparts across Financial Planning & Operations, Commercial Finance, HR and others where appropriate
  • Implement a consistent approach to new starter onboarding
  • Run the GPDR Information Hub on SharePoint consistently reviewing and updating it to ensure its relevance and accuracy

You’ll be comfortable with:

  • Involvement in high impact programs that affect large cohorts of internal colleagues, ensuring timelines delivered
  • Working self-sufficiently sometimes within ambiguous circumstances and in fast turnaround times
  • Producing high quality presentation materials with a clear and concise narrative, suitable for wide and senior audiences
  • Proactively evangelizing the value and importance of the work of our team and division, ensuring appropriate consensus
  • Running internal SharePoint sites for investment submissions and for employee information
  • Implementing divisional and leadership meetings/events/socials, motivating engagement and attendance
  • Leading meetings, driving the agenda to start and end promptly, and ensure objectives are achieved
  • Drafting executive communications and reviewing with HR and senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business planning, business operations or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for a wide variety of audiences across the business and up to executive level
  • Robust organizational and project management capabilities, including the ability to build, lead, and monitor timelines with inter-related dependencies
  • Experience in establishing and developing programs involving multiple internal functions, preferably at global scale
