Manager, Workplace Delivery

Remote 

The Manager, Workplace Delivery is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale workplace projects across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective project

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and design standards.
    • Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project milestones.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects across a geographically diverse real estate portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals with business needs.
    • Facilitate regular communication and updates to senior leadership, addressing project progress, risks and opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
    • Collaborate with internal departments such as real estate, IT, security, facilities to coordinate project activities.
  • Budget & Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
    • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
    • Track project budget and take proactive measures to resolve delays.
  • Design & Quality Management:
    • Ensure all workplace projects adhere to company design guidelines, sustainability goals, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with design teams to create innovative, functional workplace solutions.
    • Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and specifications.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.
    • Resolve project- related issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strategic Contribution:
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance workplace strategies and project delivery processes.
    • Leverage industry trends and best practices.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in workplace delivery, real estate or construction project management.
    • Experience managing complex projects and leading cross functional teams

 

  • Skills & competencies:
    • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
    • Excellent organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
    • Strong analytical skills to identify risks, anticipate challenges and develop solutions

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$126,000 - $189,000 USD
