Partner Platform Manager

Role Overview

The Partner Platform Manager will be responsible for coordinating the execution of the PC commercial agenda for the Studio Business Group’s 1st party software portfolio across various external platform partners.  coordinating the execution of the PC product launches and promotions to drive revenue growth for SIE’s growing PC business and agenda for the Studio Business Group’s 1st party software portfolio across various external platform partners.

You will partner with multiple teams across the PlayStation business (Global Marketing, Release Management, CDS Operations, Commercial Finance, Global Sales and Business) to ensure flawless execution across partner store fronts and marketing channels as well as being a subject matter expert on best practices in the space.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to manage complex business relationships, influence cross-functional teams and deliver compelling commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Account Management: Serve as regular point of contact with partner platforms to co-ordinate rhythm of business meeting and ongoing tactical engagement
  • Product Launch and Promotions GTM – Provide coordination between partner and internal teams to ensure top tier execution for each phase of product launch including announce, pre-purchase, launch and promotions.  This requires the ability to collaborate and build relationships with multiple teams to be successful. Manage asset production and setup on partner platforms.
  • Platform Analysis and Insights Support - Analyze platform trends and best practices to make recommendations across multiple internal teams to optimize commercial performance. 
  • Promotions – Develop and execute platform specific product promotional plans across Global Sales and Business Operations, Release Management, Global Marketing and Finance
  • Revenue Forecasting & Performance Tracking: input to Studio Business Group’s revenue forecasting process; bring partner platform insights and analysis that support the forecasting process, as well as internal/external business performance updates. 
 

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity, and drive results with limited resources. Prioritization and time management are a must.
  • 3+ years experience in account management role preferably in the gaming, technology or entertainment industries; proficiency in partner and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently with a collaborative and adaptable approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Confident communicator, skilled at presenting and influencing senior leadership.
  • Highly analytical, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and measure success.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • PC Platform (Steam, Epic Game Store) and / or marketing experience is a plus

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$126,400 - $189,600 USD
