Role Overview

At PlayStation, our performance and success are rooted in delivering exceptional service and content to our players. We're on a mission to elevate how we make decisions — faster, smarter, and more player-centric.

We believe the key to scaling our impact lies in turning data into actionable insight and driving automation through an experimentation-led attitude. This approach allows us to deliver sustainable commercial growth while increasing the lifetime value of every player in the PlayStation ecosystem.

Although we're part of one of the world’s largest gaming companies, our teams operate with the agility of a startup — highly collaborative, fast-moving, and always innovating. It’s the perfect environment for someone who thrives on driving strategic growth across a complex matrix of teams and initiatives — a true opportunity for an ambitious, data-driven problem solver to make a tangible impact.

As the LTV Optimisation Delivery Lead, you will be at the heart of our efforts to drive player-focused experimentation and strategic learning to increase lifetime value across the PlayStation ecosystem. Sitting within the PS Store team and part of the wider Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) organisation, you’ll focus on driving world-class cross channel experimentations by project managing matrix teams to align delivery.

You’ll work with the Manager of the LTV Optimisation team, based in our London office, and play a pivotal role in shaping how we build deeper, longer-lasting relationships with our players.

  • Design and manage end-to-end, world-class experiments that inform the next generation of customer decisioning and product design.
  • Project manage experimentation workflows, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, sign-off, and delivery — working closely with channel teams to ensure consensus, coordination, and on-time execution.
  • Manage and federate audience definitions across key channels, ensuring consistency and readiness for implementation across marketing, store, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Lead key tactical experiments at both the franchise and platform level to drive incremental revenue across PS Store and Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE)
  • Measure and communicate experiment outcomes and marketing campaign performance across cross-functional teams to drive insight-led decision-making.
  • Optimise and automate proven initiatives to enable scalable, always-on campaigns and personalised propositions.

  • Demonstrable ability to lead complex projects end-to-end, with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident presentation skills and experience distilling complex data or strategy into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated success using data-driven experimentation to drive impact in digital or eCommerce environments.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, multi-functional settings with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
  • Proactive “growth hacker” attitude — curious, experimental, and driven to learn.
  • A collaborative teammate, equally confident leading initiatives and seeking input when needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Management, Marketing, Economics and Finance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong overall data literacy, with the ability to interpret and action insights effectively.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and methodologies — a solid understanding of test design, measurement, and iteration is key.
