- Provide creative briefs and give informed direction to editors, designers, and agency contributors.
- Analyze content performance and audience feedback, integrating learnings into future planning.

- Step in as a team player across social and communications roles when support is needed.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in content creation, video production, or gaming media—preferably with exposure to communications or marketing teams.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
- A strong grasp of gaming culture and trends, especially PlayStation’s ecosystem.
- Confident communicator and collaborator with a talent for balancing creativity and structure.
- Comfortable working in tools like Photoshop, Premiere, or related Adobe Suite apps (expert-level not required).
- Ability to give and receive creative feedback, adapt ideas to business needs, and stay flexible as scope evolves.
- Familiarity with localization workflows, subtitles/SRTs, and adapting content for global markets.
- Proactive mindset with a bias for action, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn and improve.
- Bonus: Experience in broadcast, podcasting, social video, writing, or live events.

What Makes Someone Thrive in This Role
