We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance how employees engage with our people processes, workplace systems, and services. In this role, you’ll partner with HR, Workplace Experience, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver programs that not only advance organizational priorities but also create lasting impact for employees worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings clarity to complex projects, balances technical and business requirements, and ensures seamless execution from concept through delivery—all while keeping the employee experience at the heart of every decision.

Work You’ll Do 

  • Lead cross-functional projects that span HR, workplace operations, and IT, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and success criteria
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project plans, key milestones, timelines, and communications
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple teams to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and drive accountability to progress project completion
  • Define and document workflows across the employee ecosystem
  • Develop operational execution plans
  • Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support adoption of new systems, processes, and services
  • Provide regular program updates, including reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate alignment meetings, reviews, and agile ceremonies to ensure transparency and momentum
  • Drive process evaluation and continuous improvement efforts to streamline delivery and enhance employee experience
  • Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges, balancing business needs and technical constraints
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, learning, and cross-team problem-solving

What We're Looking For 

  • At least 6 years of project or program management experience, preferably with exposure to IT, HR, workplace, or employee experience initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong technical acumen with direct system experience a plus (Service Now, Workday, Greenhouse, Confluence, etc.) 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Teams, Slack).
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with HRIS, workplace, or enterprise tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, space management systems)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

What Will Help You Stand Out 

  • Experience in a fast-paced, global technology or entertainment company
  • Experience working across global teams and understanding international business nuances
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$137,200 - $205,800 USD
