About the Role

We need an outgoing individual with technical know-how for the Technical Account Manager I position in the Developer Technology Group. Ideal for candidates with a client-centric mentality and basic experience in game development or technical support.

TAMs liaise between our platform and development teams, assisting with integrating PlayStation tech and supporting developer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support developers in adopting and integrating PlayStation tools and technologies.

  • Facilitate solutions to partner needs, both proactively and reactively.

  • Track, manage, and own technical relationships with assigned partner studios.

  • Collaborate with internal engineering and account teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

  • Document and raise developer feedback to influence platform improvements.

  • Help in preparing and delivering technical presentations and training.

  • Participate in developer events and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and project achievements.

Qualifications

  • A service- or customer-centered demeanor and soft skills.

  • Proven experience of more than 3 years in game development, QA, production, or technical support.

  • Familiarity with console development environments and publishing workflows.

  • Knowledgeable of game development pipelines, technical risks, and cross-collaboration.

  • Technical experience: basic understanding of C/C++, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Skilled and proficient in presenting technical information to varied audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
