The Digital Marketing Manager for Ceremony of Roses (COR) is responsible for establishing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for roster of clients. As a vital member of our digital and eCommerce team, your role is to enhance our creative output and marketing efforts, ultimately boosting artist visibility and maximizing campaign return on investment (ROI).
Your duties will include launching our marketing operations and shaping our content creation processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing, encompassing campaign planning, both paid and organic social media strategies, e-commerce marketing, and data analysis. An understanding of best practices across various platforms and channels is essential to craft comprehensive digital marketing campaigns tailored to the specific KPIs of each artist.
We expect you to be a self-starter who appreciates the delicate interplay between exceptional creative work, campaign planning, and precise targeting. Your ability to brief and oversee the creative process is crucial in producing content that drives merchandise conversion. Your competencies should span both creative and analytics, allowing you to thrive in a test-and-learn environment.
What you'll do:
- Lead the campaign planning and execution process for Ceremony of Roses client list. As a strategic leader, you will guide the organization in considering the optimal marketing mix for each campaign launch.
- Email marketing management: Own and manage our clients email strategy across all four types of email marketing. Develop targeted email campaigns to drive awareness and sales. Analyze email campaign metrics to identify trends and make data-driven improvements.
- Ad Campaign Management and Optimization: Establish and manage strategic paid marketing campaigns. This involves setting up, continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ad targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and creative elements based on data-driven decisions. You will conduct A/B testing to enhance the effectiveness of the campaigns and improve conversion rates on paid media channels.
- Asset Creation: Collaborate with our internal design team and selected freelance creatives to produce 'social-first' assets. These assets are intended to seamlessly integrate the campaign with the product and are to be utilized across both organic and paid social media platforms.
- Data + Analytics: Utilize data analytics and audience insights to pinpoint target demographics, interests, and behaviors. Exploit this data and the array of targeting options offered by digital platforms to engage the most pertinent audience segments, thereby amplifying campaign impact. Compile and communicate results and best practices to the business.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and paid advertising
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
- Proven track record of driving online sales and generating leads
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience managing freelance designers and external vendors
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
