As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (long-term temporary assignment) at Sony Music Entertainment, you will support core recruiting operations with our Product, Design, Engineering, and Global Technology (PDEGO) teams across our New York, London, and Tallinn offices. This role is an opportunity to learn international technical Talent Acquisition from the ground up, while contributing directly to operational excellence, candidate experience, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do:
- Provide day-to-day coordination support for interviews across PDEGO and Technology teams
- Own and elevate the candidate experience, serving as a consistent point of contact
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules, logistics, and communication across multiple platforms (Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Track, update, and maintain accurate records and reports for all stages of the recruitment lifecycle (active and forecasted roles, pipelines, metrics, etc.)
- Greet and support candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth experience and professional environment
Who you are:
- Seeking ideally 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience (full-time or relevant internship/part-time experience)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and meeting agreed-upon service levels
- Excited to learn TA fundamentals in a creative, collaborative environment and willing to take on operationally critical work
- Committed to delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Empathetic, people-focused, and able to build rapport with a wide range of individuals
- Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute ideas that improve processes and efficiency
- Able to work independently in a remote setting; able to commute to our NYC office (25 Madison Ave.) once per week or as needed

New York Pay Range
$29 - $31.25 USD
